Lion and the roller are probably Benji's favourite toys.  He worked out how to get lion out of the roller in the end!

Well I managed to adjust all the clocks before I went to bed except one, Benji's body clock! So, it was an early start for today's fun and we managed to get some playtime in before the weather turned wet; although he was not too sure about the wind at times.  

Day 14 - Saturday 26 October

We have had Benji two weeks now and he has really settled in well.  This last week he has come on a tremendous amount as we are starting to understand each other!  He is great entertainment and I am pleased to say seems quite happy; well we do provide his food.

Today he went on his first visit to granny's house and behaved impeccably!! He enjoyed the different smells in the garden and around the house.

When he got back home there was still time for some digging before it got too dark.

And some retail therapy!!

Day 13

This morning Benji spent his time helping with the gardening.  He was carrying brushes, trowels, pots, in fact anything he thought he could get away with when you put them down!

I can help, I am good at digging!! 

Day 12

Finding time to take a different photo of Benji every day is already proving a challenge, but fortunately he is always up to something.

This wasn't staged, he really is proving to be a poser.

And he always finds something to chew, if it squeaks all the better.

Day 11

We were advised to try Benji on carrot to help with his chewing.  Not sure it did any good but he enjoyed it!

Day 10

Today we had to get over Benji's 'fear' of cardboard boxes.  It seems the more writing there is on them the more scary they are!

Benji also reviewed the article on puppy chewing!!

Day 9

Today Benji had to go for his first injections.  Going to the vets did not seem to worry him, but it did make him rather sleepy for the rest of the day.

Day 8

Today we had our first visit to Blenheim Palace.  Although he couldn't go for a walk we thought the chance to experience different smells & sounds would be good for him.

Day 7

More fun in the garden today.  
I think he is working out what the camera is about and starting to pose!!

Day 6

Today we took Benji into Witney in the car as we had a few things to sort.  We put on his collar and took his lead just in case he decided to start leaping about, but he sat happily and actually went to sleep!

Not sure he quite got the whole collar and lead thing!

Day 5

Today was much brighter so Benji could spend some time in the garden.  Today he tried football, which Amy was on hand to capture.

Later it was time for some much earned rest with Chloe, who had to have her wisdom teeth out earlier so was feeling delicate!

Day 4

Another rainy day so Benji decided to help me in the office!!

All work and no play makes Benji a tired boy!!

Day 3

With the rain finally stopping Benji rather enjoyed getting some exercise outside.  He can move rather quickly for a little dog.

But there is still time to see if he fits under the chair!

Day 2

Well that was another interesting night; for such a little dog he can make a lot of noise when he tries.  Chloe says its a good job he is so cute!

Another wet day so indoor play was called for.
